JobBridge ("we", "us") is a free tool that helps people in Portugal build a CV, find jobs, and write job applications. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle and how. We respect your privacy and only use your information to provide the service.

When you use JobBridge, you may enter information to build your CV, such as:
Your CV information is saved only in your own web browser, on your own device. We do not keep a copy of your CV on a central database, and we cannot see the CVs people create. If you clear your browser data, your information is removed.
Some features (writing your "About me", improving your job duties, reading an uploaded CV, and writing application emails and cover letters) use an artificial-intelligence service (OpenAI). When you use one of these features, the relevant text or image you provided is sent to OpenAI to generate the result, and the result is sent back to you.
OpenAI processes this information to provide the response. You can read how OpenAI handles data at openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you prefer not to use AI, you can build and download your CV without these features.
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit JobBridge and how the tool is used (for example, how many people build a CV). This helps us improve the service. Google Analytics collects general, non-identifying usage information such as approximate location, device type and pages viewed. It does not receive your CV contents. When you use "Find jobs", JobBridge opens search results on third-party websites (such as Net-Empregos, OLX and Google). Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave JobBridge.
Because your CV is stored in your own browser, you are in control of it — you can edit or delete it at any time by clearing it in the app or clearing your browser data. JobBridge is intended for adults seeking work. It is not designed for use by children.
